- Get a few large pots.
- get a few boards and large bowls
- read the recipe
- add the flour mix
- Add water, a little at a time and mix.
- Step on the udon in the bags, before opening them ...
- Open the bag
- put dough into the bag
- Roll out the dough, into a large oval shape.
- Cut noodles into 3mm parts, or in my case, 1cm...
