This school computer is going to be the death of me. You never actually know if the internet is going to cut out on you while you are writing, so I am going to make this quick in hopes that it works. Yesterday was amazing. I rented a bike for $30 for the 4 weeks I am here. It is crappy, but it gets me places. In fact, last night I went for a couple hours to Okazaki castle. It was majestic. It was the place of birth of the first shogun and for those who have read the book shogun, this is the place where he gets his stuff from. Anyway, gorgeous. I ran my hands along the rocks feeling the secrets and power lay sleeping, hidden away. Ah, it was really nice. After that I rode back and found a mall, bought another tank top and shorts because I really don't own the proper clothes for this heat. In fact I think going nude would be the best bet if the sun wasn't so intense. But yes, so hot! I just finished writing my placement test and doing my interview test, in an hour I have to go back for orientation. Ah yes, school. There are 31 new people and like 50 current students, so I am sure I will get to know a lot of people soon. As for countries and origins, I am the only one out of the new people that comes from Canada. Which is really cool. Alright, I am going to post this in hopes that the computer will work...please, please, please!
