DOA
So after 3 years of hard service, my computer finally died. Kinda fitting in a way. I got it when I was coming to Japan, now that I am leaving, well it seems to want to stay here, or something. So it will be thrown to the Japanese waste lands.
As for me, I am trying to sleep as much as I can before the storm. Starting on the 19th I have a going away party every night of the week and sometimes 3 in one day till the 28th. If I make it through that, I will have a liver of steel! Or be barely alive. One of the two. But it is strange these last few days. I woke up all disoriented this morning, I had slept through 4 alarms and would have probably been still sleeping had Peter not sent me an e-mail to my phone. The strange ring tone woke me up from a strange slumber. I was having very bizarre dreams, and the silence of the morning was startling. I was at a loss as to what I was suppose to do. And almost reverted to automatic just to get myself dressed. I feel like I did my first few weeks here, and when I got to the office, it felt strange. Even though it has been 3 years of walking through those doors. Closure, the circle is closing.
Anyway, my phone is cut off on the 19th for all those who have been calling. I will still have my cell phone for a few days after, but after that point I will definitely be floating around space. I will try to find internet access when I can, and so like always, e-mail seems to be best. 11 more work days to go, and I am in disbelief. Love and blessings to you all!
