Stupid snow!!!!
I am sick AGAIN. Seems I can't avoid all the little people who cough and sneeze, and run up to me and hang off of me. Is it rude to bring a bat and threaten them to stay at least 100 feet away? Anyway, right, snow. So I woke up this morning around 11am, hung out in my germ world, filling my garbages with kleenex and coughing up fun stuff. Then I looked outside, and couldn't see my car. Bad sign. When I finally got the energy to go out there and shovel my car off (I just used it the other night and my path was clear, snow wise), I tried to open the door and nothing. Check to see if it was locked. Nope. Body checked my door so that it would budge a little bit so that I could SQQQQQUUUUUUUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZEEEE out. When I got out, the snow was as high as my thighs. In some parts it was over my hips. From one night people. So I signed, dug out my shovel, and started on another 2 hours of shoveling. Coughing, sneezing, and finally quitting after the shaking and dizziness took over. But I got my car cleaned off, shoveled out, and the path is once again walk-able. I haven't even touched the front driveway of my house, that is for another night. Right now I am too tired. Too sick. The snow wouldn't be so bad if I could actually be healthy enough to enjoy riding in it, over it, through it. But the joy is removed when all you want to do is wrap a big warm blanket around yourself, drink tea, and wish that you didn't feel like poo. Yep, I said it. But I am sure tomorrow will be better. Hell Monday. Bring it on!
