I fought the snow and the snow won!!!
An hour and a half of shoveling and these pictures below are what I have to show for it. Let there be no more complaints of having to shovel walks. When you have to shovel a pile of snow that is as tall as you, then I will empathize.
Ugh.
Tomorrow the saga will continue and hopefully by tomorrow night I will have a parking space again. Hopefully....
I made it home after an hour delay in Calgary because of a broken airplane, 3 plane rides, 5 airports, customs, one bus ride, and a driving my car at the end of it all for 2 hours. I started at 8:30am at the airport in Calgary and (keeping with the same mountain standard time) I got home around 9:30am the next day. Yep 25 hours. That is one long day. I got home at 1:30am Japan time, showered, went to bed, had the best sleep ever. I woke up, it was bright and sunny, and I was sure it was noon, I got up, checked the clock...
8:32am
Yep. So now after unpacking, cleaning, driving for 30 min, buying groceries, getting pictures developed, getting water, dropping off stuff, picking up my plants, and shoveling, I am EXHAUSTED!!
So with that I am off to bed.
May the snow hold off for a few more days until I can get my spot cleared. Oh, and one other note, it was freezing in Calgary when I was there, I left and it turned warm. It was warm here, I get here and tomorrow is suppose to be really cold. Yep... seems to be a pattern.
