2005!!!!!

A new year is here. Fresh start. New Beginnings. Here we go!!!

So as the pictures show, there were days of skating, yoga classes, family dinners, and new years of course. New year's eve started with breakfast, an hour of squash (where Peter kicked my butt winning 4 games out of 5). Then with only an hour left we went to Chinook mall and of course right beside the entrance was build a bear. So we built a bear. Periwinkle. He is a cutie. The store is really great, tons of stuff and lots of ways to customize your very own stuffed animal. Yep, if I was 15 years younger that would be my dream store...oh who am I kidding. It still is kinda a dream store. Anyway.

So after that it was one house of power shopping. Then dinner at Tony Roma's, a few drinks. 2 movies and a bottle of champagne later we were back home. A bottle and a half of wine, half clothed, the door bell rings and it was Tony and Luey. They are Peter's Aunt's neighbours. A cute couple, and they had another bottle of champagne for us. So we drank, chatted, and at 11:30pm, they went back home. Another bottle opened and off to watch movies. So much fun. Happy New Years!!!! Somehow we managed to get to bed by 4am. Then it was packing, and Peter made me an awesome breakfast, then finally at 2:30pm we left. I had to get back to my parents to cook a special new years day Japanese supper for my parents, Geoff, Evelyn, my Aunt Sandy, and my Uncle Harvey. Peter had to get back for Emma's birthday, and tomorrow he returns to Victoria.

Somehow time keeps slipping through my fingers. As if this all were a dream. Was I here? Am I here? Where has everyone gone?

A million feelings have been stirring inside me.
